Melissa is a senior transactional lawyer with over 12 years’ experience advising companies, investors and entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, investments and strategic matters. Melissa has been involved in numerous high-profile transactions as well as having been seconded to senior sole legal counsel positions at a leading publishing house and at a family office. She was named as a “future star” by industry publication The Lawyer.
