Kalpana Shah

Biography

Kalpana Shah Chartered FCSI has over 30 years’ experience in international private banking covering mainly the East Africa.

She started her career at Bank of America (4 Years - Covering the NRI community) and then at Credit Agricole (7 Years), where she was responsible for setting up the NRI division for the bank in London.

This was followed by a role at HSBC Private Bank in London, where she served as a Director and head of East Africa for over 11 years. Prior to joining Fiducia Capital, Kalpana was Managing Director at Azure Wealth, which was later merged with Hywin Wealth where she was serving clients predominantly from Africa. Kalpana continues to have strong relationships in Africa where she assists clients with corporate structuring and wealth management.

Kalpana holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and is a member the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
