John Gunn

CEO John Gunn’s extensive experience in the finance and the brokerage industry spans over two decades and has armed him with business development skills coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of the securities industry. Mr Gunn’s career includes working with Hoare Govett, Williams de Broe, and Assicurazione Generali S.p.A.

To date, Mr Gunn has provided corporate finance advice and brokerage services to a range of international companies, which have included companies listed on a variety of exchanges including, the UK, Canada, Europe, North America and Australasia.

Jubeenh Nazhat

Jubeenh Nazhat is a qualified corporate lawyer and provides compliance as well as specialised legal advice to GIS and its associated companies.

Miss Nazhat has over 10 years of experience working in top city law firms including Linklaters and CMS Cameron Mckenna gaining experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance, construction and banking.

John Allan

John Allan has a wealth of experience in the trading and settlement industry. Mr Allan joined GIS in September 2011 and is responsible for the trading and settlements department.

Mr Allan also assists with the on boarding of new clients and keeping abreast of potential financial products that would be of interest to GIS clients.

Henry Gunningham

Henry Gunningham has over eight years of experience within the financial services industry, namely banking operations and international payments.

Mr Gunningham has recently compiled GIS’s CASS resolution pack in line with FSA regulations and works alongside the wider settlements team providing GIS clients with an efficient, low cost and effective settlement solution. In addition Mr Gunningham is responsible for the reconciliations of all trades on both the client and market side.

Harry Stothert

Harry joined GIS in February 2012 after two and a half years’ experience at a boutique corporate finance firm. A Durham University graduate, Harry has since become an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and has passed his CFA level 1.

Mr Stothert deals equities, bonds and FX on behalf of GIS clients and is in charge of setting up new client accounts.
