GIS is pleased to welcome Graeme Irwin and Jeremy Austin Olsen as Directors in Equity Capital Markets. Graeme has a proven track record of Primary and Secondary deal placement in a variety of instruments including straight equity, convertible bonds, ADRs and REITs, with a particular emphasis on Asia, as well as private equity fund raising and placement. Jeremy has over 30 years experience in the global financial markets with particular expertise in Asian equity capital markets and associated capital raising.
